  • Payment Information: Processed securely through Shopify; we do not store your full credit card numbers.

  • Account & Usage Data: If you create an account to track your "streaks" or reflections, we store your login and preferences to keep your record consistent.

  • Device Info: Basic technical details (IP address, browser type) to ensure our NFC-enabled services work correctly on your phone.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to serve you, not to "rabbit hole" you. This includes:

  • Fulfilling Your Orders: Getting your Eben Tags and Ink Journals to your doorstep.

  • The Daily Eb: Providing your daily devotional experience and tracking your progress.

  • Support: Responding to your questions via hello@ebenandink.com.

  • Updates: Sending you reminders or encouragement (only if you’ve opted in).

We don’t sell your data. We only share it with trusted partners who make our Services possible:
