OVERVIEW

Welcome to Eben & Ink. Throughout this site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Eben & Ink. We provide "Focus Tools" for your daily faith walk—physical landmarks designed to help you navigate a distracted world.

By using our website or purchasing our products (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”). Please read these carefully. We’ve kept them as straightforward as possible because we know your time is better spent on things that matter.

SECTION 1 - THE BASICS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and your credentials secure. We’re here to support your journey, but your account activity is your own "record" to manage.

SECTION 2 - OUR TOOLS (PRODUCT DETAILS)

We take great pride in our physical markers. Please note:

3D Printing & Materials: Our Eben Tags are crafted from matte architectural plastic. Because of the nature of 3D printing, minor variations in texture are normal and make your piece unique.
Visuals: We use bright, natural lighting in our photography. While we strive for accuracy, colors may appear slightly different on your phone or computer screen.
Availability: We often work in small batches. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products as we refine our offerings.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & ACCURACY

When you place an order, it’s an offer to join our community of "witnesses." We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders (for example, if there’s a pricing error or stock issue). If we make a change to your order, we will reach out via hello@ebenandink.com.

Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy:

15 Days for buyer’s remorse (unused/unaltered).
90 Days for technical or hardware defects (subject to troubleshooting).

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING & LANDMARKS

We aren't fans of the "Digital Rabbit Hole" or shipping delays, but once we hand your order to the carrier, the timeline is in their hands. All delivery estimates are just that—estimates. Risk of loss passes to you once the package is with the carrier.

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Eben & Ink name, our stacked-stone logo, our 3D designs, and our daily devotional content (The Daily Eb) are our "Markers." They are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are welcome to use our tools for your personal faith walk, but you may not reproduce, sell, or "re-mark" our designs or content as your own without our written permission.

SECTION 6 - TECH & TROUBLESHOOTING (THIRD-PARTY TOOLS)

Our Eben Tags use NFC technology to help you bridge the gap between the physical and digital. We may recommend third-party apps (like NFC tools) to help you reprogram or troubleshoot your device. We provide access to these suggestions "as is" and are not responsible for the functionality of third-party software.

SECTION 7 - YOUR FEEDBACK

We love hearing how these tools are helping you "Mark the Ground." If you send us suggestions, reviews, or ideas, you agree that we can use them to improve the Eben & Ink experience for everyone. We won’t use your full name without permission, but we may share your "witness" to encourage others.

SECTION 8 - THE "LEGAL STUFF" (BOILERPLATE)

Relationship with Shopify: Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide the platform, but your contract is with Eben & Ink.
Disclaimer of Warranties: While we believe these tools will deeply impact your daily rhythm, we provide our services "as available." We cannot guarantee that your spiritual habit will be "error-free" (we all forget sometimes!), but we promise to provide the best tools we can.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent of the law, Eben & Ink shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from your use of our products.

SECTION 9 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Eben & Ink is headquartered.
