Shipping & Delivery

At Eben & Ink, we provide physical landmarks for a distracted world. Whether you are across the street or across the globe, we want to make sure your focus tools arrive simply and safely.

1. Our "Small Batch" Processing

Every Eben Tag and Ink Journal is 3D-printed and hand-finished in our Alberta workshop.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 business days for us to print, inspect, and package your order.

  • The Goal: We prioritize quality over speed to ensure your landmark is ready for the daily grind. We will email you the moment your order is ready to head out.

2. Choosing Your Shipping Path

We offer three ways to get your tools delivered. Choose the one that best fits your rhythm:

Standard Mail (Free & Untracked)

We believe these tools should be accessible. For our Eben Tags, we offer shipping via Standard Lettermail.

  • Cost: Free on qualifying Eben Tag orders.

  • The Experience: Your tag arrives in a simple, sturdy envelope—just like a letter from a friend.

  • Tracking: This option is untracked to keep costs low. We rely on the postal service.

  • Delivery Estimate: 5–15 business days (Domestic) or 10–21 business days (USA/International).

  • Our Promise: If your landmark hasn’t arrived after 15 business days, let us know at hello@ebenandink.com. We’ll send a single replacement at no cost to you. 

Tracked Landmark Shipping (Paid & Secure)

If you prefer to watch your package’s journey in real-time, or if you are ordering an Ink Journal, this is the best choice.

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as the carrier scans your package.

  • Delivery Estimate: 3–7 business days.

Lethbridge Local Delivery (Free)

If you are a neighbor here in Lethbridge, AB, we’d love to bring your order directly to you!

  • Eligibility: Available for select postal codes within the city limits.

  • The Experience: Once your order is processed, we will drop it off at your door (contactless delivery).

  • Notification: You’ll get an email notification the moment it’s been "marked on the ground" at your residence.

3. International Shipping (USA & Global)

We love seeing our "witnesses" spread across the globe.

  • Customs & Duties: For orders outside of Canada, you are responsible for any local VAT, duties, or customs fees. These are collected by your local government and are not included in our pricing.

  • Patience is Key: International mail can occasionally be held at the border for inspection. This is a normal part of the process, though it can add a few days to the timeline.

4. A Note on "Forgetful" Deliveries

"We forget. A lot." — It happens! However, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is lost because the address provided was incorrect, we may not be able to offer a free replacement. If the mistake is on our end, or the post office loses your "untracked" letter, we’ve got your back.
